This program is for teachers and practitioners interested in evidence-based yoga informed by valid scientific literature.
Approximately 40 million people in the US practice yoga today; as the popularity of this practice has grown, the need for empirical studies to investigate its efficacy has become significant.
Practitioners seek yoga out as a tool for increased wellness. Many physicians are suggesting/ prescribing yoga as an adjunct therapy for many physical and mental maladies. Leaders in the field of yoga must have the knowledge to communicate with other professionals in the health care industry.
Together we will look at what current research says about the practices of yoga and other complementary alternative modalities. We will discuss the central processes involved with the stress mechanism and how yoga, mindfulness, and attention exercise play in.
This 3-day program will equip you with strategies, language, and an invoked curiosity around what it means to be an evidence-based teacher.🏽⭐️ Please let me know if you have any questions. I would love for you to join me!
